Discount Tariff: applies to advance reservations, senior citizens and AAA members only. Discount Tariff does not apply to Weekends, Holidays, Groups, Conventions, and Travel Agents; and cannot be combined with other discounts. Published tariffs are subject to change unless confirmed in writing. Minimum stays may apply. All guests and visitors must be registered. Property for registered guests only.

Reservations: A deposit is required to confirm reservations. Stays of four nights or less require a one night's deposit. A two nights deposit is required for stays longer than four nights. All reservations are subject to written confirmation and are subject to strikes, failure of guests to vacate, or causes or conditions beyond our control.

Balance to be paid on arrival: Accepted methods of payment on arrival are Cash, Travelers' Checks, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club. No checks please. No refunds or credits for unused nights.

Cancellations: Your deposit is non-refundable if a reservation is cancelled less than two weeks before your arrival. Deposits will be refunded for reservations cancelled more than two weeks in advance, less a 25% handling fee.

Changes: No credit for changes of dates or accommodations allowed within two weeks of the arrival date. Payments are not transferable.

Travel Agents: Discount Tariff Commissionable Except July and August. All Packages Are Commissionable. Group Rates Available Except July and August.
